If something cannot be done in your timeframe or budget, you hear it immediately — including what the alternative is.
About us
TLM Services was set up around a simple observation: companies lose an enormous amount of time on work that is necessary but not their core business — and they lose money when something urgent gets stuck.
We started by taking administrative work off the hands of entrepreneurs who were doing their invoicing at eleven at night. From there the questions grew: how do we organise this better, which supplier should we choose, can you get this part to Singapore by tomorrow morning?
Rather than referring those questions elsewhere, we built the answers into the business. Today TLM Services combines administration, advice and on-board courier work under one roof — three things that meet at the same point: keeping your operation moving.
We stay deliberately compact. That means you always speak to someone who knows your situation, and decisions do not have to travel through three departments.
What we stand for
If something cannot be done in your timeframe or budget, you hear it immediately — including what the alternative is.
We work with financial records and valuable goods. What we see and carry stays between us.
In administration a comma matters; in courier work a signature matters. We check twice.
Urgent means urgent. For courier requests you can reach us outside office hours.
How it works
The person you speak to at the start stays your contact through the whole assignment.
Scope, price and deadline are confirmed by mail before we start, so expectations match on both sides.
Continue monthly for as long as it adds value. Notice periods are short and clearly stated.
The point of outsourcing is not to hand over control — it is to get your time back without losing sight of anything.
A first conversation costs nothing and usually makes clear within twenty minutes whether there is a fit.
