Services

Support that fits the way you work

Three services that stand on their own and reinforce each other. Take one, or let us handle the whole chain from paperwork to delivery.

Services

Administrative services

Administration is rarely the reason someone starts a business, but it decides whether the business runs smoothly. We take over the recurring paperwork — accurately, on a fixed rhythm, and in the systems you already use.

You decide how far it goes: a few hours a week to keep things current, or the full back office including invoicing, dunning and preparation for your accountant.

Services

Business advice

Sometimes the issue is not capacity but clarity. We look at how your organisation actually works day to day, name what is costing you money or time, and put a short list of concrete improvements on the table.

No hundred-page report. A conversation, a written summary you can act on, and — if you want — help carrying out the changes.

On-board courier (OBC)

When a shipment absolutely cannot wait, a courier flies with it. Your goods travel as hand luggage or checked baggage under the personal supervision of one person, from collection to signature at the destination.

That makes it the fastest and most secure option available: no transfer between carriers, no waiting in a hub, no shipment sitting in a warehouse over the weekend.

Before departure

What we need from you

An on-board courier only leaves once the shipment is fully in order on paper. Complete documentation, a commercial invoice and valid insurance are supplied by the client and must be finalised before departure — the responsibility for these lies with the client.

Complete documentation

All export, import and transport documents required for the route, correct and signed. Missing or incorrect paperwork stops a shipment at the counter.

Commercial invoice

A commercial invoice with accurate description, value, HS codes and origin of the goods, provided in the number of copies the destination requires.

Insurance

The goods must be insured by the client for their full value before departure. We carry your shipment; we do not insure it.

In order before departure

Everything has to be complete at the moment of collection. We check that the documents are present, but the content and accuracy remain the responsibility of the client.

Before departure The client is responsible for the completeness, accuracy and timely delivery of all documentation, the commercial invoice and insurance. TLM Services cannot be held liable for delays, costs or damage arising from missing, incomplete or incorrect documents.

Questions

Frequently asked

How quickly can an on-board courier depart?

In most cases within a few hours of confirmation, depending on the departure airport and flight availability. Call us and we will check live options with you.

What does a shipment or an assignment cost?

Courier pricing depends on route, weight, timing and customs requirements, so we quote per request. Administrative work is offered at an hourly rate or a fixed monthly fee.

Who arranges the documentation, commercial invoice and insurance?

The client does. Complete transport and customs documentation, a commercial invoice and valid insurance for the full value of the goods must be supplied by the client and be entirely in order before departure. We check that the documents are present and travel with them, but responsibility for their completeness and accuracy lies with the client.

Can you work in our own systems?

Yes. We work in your accounting, ERP or document system so that everything stays in one place and you keep full ownership of your data.

How is confidentiality handled?

We sign a confidentiality agreement as standard and only process what is needed for the assignment. Documents are stored securely and deleted when the work is finished.

Do you also work outside office hours?

For urgent courier requests, yes — including evenings and weekends. Administrative work is normally done during business hours unless agreed otherwise.

Curious whether we can help?

A first conversation costs nothing and usually makes clear within twenty minutes whether there is a fit.
